  • Please check in according to the hotel regulations. lf you are unable to check in before 8:00 pm, please confirm your reservation with the hotel in advance. Otherwise the hotel will be deemed to cancel the reservation and no refund will be given. Hotel can give the room to other guests.
  • If you staying with a special discount price, please attach the supporting documents when you check in.
  • In order to protect your reservation rights, the reservation person should match the information of the tenant. Identification document must provide when check in.
  • Resort decline visitors to maintain the quality and safety of accommodation.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • The resort only provides beach for fun. Any water activities are not related to the resort.

1. What are the different between Luxury, Deluxe and Elegant Room?
※ Luxury / Deluxe : Provides private garage and terrace that can access directly to the beach. Bed type:King Size 180*220cm
※ Elegant : Provides public walkway through the beach and free public parking lot. All public facilities are in the same building. Standard bed:153*183cm | Twin beds: 105*185cm
2. Are outside guest allowed to come visit?
※ Resort declines visitors to ensure the quality and the safety of accommodation. Visitors will be treated as a stay, and will be charged NT$500 per person (children above 120cm are considered adults).
3. Opening time for barbecue? Is fireworks allowed?
※ Barbecue:11:00 – 16:00 / 17:00 – 20:00 / 20:30 – 00:00
※ Please inform the us in advance. We will guide you to location for fireworks.
※ Fireworks are not allowed in the terrance, balcony, nor beach to avoid dangerous.
4. Price / time for Resting:
※ Mon. – Thur. : from $1,580 / 2.5 hours
※ Fri. – Sun. : from $1,880 / 2.5 hours
※ Visitors will be charged NT$500.  (There are no difference over adults and children).
※ NT$600 per additional hour

Deposit and rights

*Reservations through the official website and online booking must agree to pay 30% of the total price. In order to protect your right.
1. If you notify the company 14 days before check in, you can reserve the total amount of the prepaid deposit. (Retention period: 3 months). Or you can get a full refund. (Handling fees 100NT)。
2. If you notify the company 10-13 days before check in, company has the right to confiscate 30% of the total amount of the prepaid deposit.
3. If you notify the company 7-9 days before check in, company has the right to confiscate 50% of the total amount of the prepaid deposit.
4. If you notify the company 4-6 days before check in, company has the right to confiscate 60% of the total amount of the prepaid deposit.
5. If you notify the company 2-3 days before check in, company has the right to confiscate 70% of the total amount of the prepaid deposit.
6. If you notify the company 1 days before check in, company has the right to confiscate 80% of the total amount of the prepaid deposit.
7. If you notify the company to cancel or change the date on the day of entry (within 24 hours), the total amount of the prepaid deposit will not be refunded.
8. If you don’t have notify the company, the total amount of the prepaid deposit will not be refunded.

Related process and announcements of call reservation

  • Please inform the staff of the date and number of people want to reserve. The staff will send the reservation information through fax or E-mail to you. The purpose of the reservation authorization letter is to protect the right of reservation. Please confirm and reply in the deadline. If you do not reply in the deadline, the room you booked will be automatically cancelled without notice.
  • Each room type has quantitative restrictions. It is recommended to plan as soon as possible and book early.

  • This voucher is a special offer plan. The invoice has been opened and will not be opened separately. If you need to refund, please be sure refund together with the invoice.
  • This voucher cannot be used with another offer plan and cannot be exchange to cash.
  • This voucher is use without a name. Please take care after sold. It will not be reissued when it is lost, damaged or altered.
  • Please be sure to bring the original voucher to the counter staff when check in.
  • Room type unable to specify, must be determined according to the situation of the room. You will be charged when you want to upgrade the room type or add people.
  • The offer period of voucher is one year from the date of issue. Overdue must make price adjustment.
  • If you use accommodation voucher, please book through call reservation and don’t through online booking.

Voucher refund process

  • This voucher is a special offer plan. The invoice has been opened and will not be opened separately. If you need to refund, please be sure refund together with the invoice.
  • Accommodation and rest voucher have any limited period?
  • ANS: Voucher are mainly based on the date of voucher. Overdue also can use, the amount of the voucher will be used to offset the amount.
  • Is there any guarantee for the accommodation vouchers and rest vouchers?
  • ANS: The voucher handle in according with the laws “Dealing Contract for the Customization of Hotel Goods (Services) Gift Certificates” formulated by the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications.
  • Can I refund the accommodation vouchers and rest vouchers?
  • ANS: Yes, you can. Please bring voucher, invoices and proof of purchase (such as credit card sign) to the hotel for refund. You also can download refund form and send to No. 264, Masu Road, Wanli District New Taipei City, 207 (Finance Department). If the Offer of voucher already end, it is can’t refund. Refunds are not accepted for partially used items.
